"Not sure what is the best thing about NLV it could be the incredible view of the mountain from our room, or the easy walk to the Gondola that even the kid could do without whinging, or our great apartment; but one thing for sure is that the front desk team absolutely made the experience awesome. "We stayed here as guests of The Ski Week and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the location can’t be beat! So close to the gondola and has access to multiple shuttles, as well as walking distance to everything in the nearby town. The apartments came equipped with a multi language how-to book for all of the appliances, and visitor guides. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable with very nice, modern bathrooms and kitchen."

"We stayed at the Landmark View for a week, the 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed, very comfortable for a family of 4 with a great view of Mt. Yotei. Laundry facilities in the apartment was an absolute unexpected bonus. The ski locker facilities were excellent and the Hirafu lifts were only a short walk away. We found the staff friendly and welcoming and the bookings desk that assisted with restaurant and activity bookings were wonderful. It was very handy having 2 local ski hire places within 50 metres of the front door as it made changing over of equipment very easy."
