Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. Other arrangements are subject to a charge on a case by case basis.
Is parking available?
Yes. Gustav’s has parking onsite. There is 1 covered space in both winter and summer.
Can I have extra guests stay in the house?
A maximum of 14 people can stay. However, 12 adults is the maximum allowed. The 2 extra can only be kids under 5.
Is there a ski shuttle service?
No. The free Hirafu ski shuttle red line operates throughout the day. The closest stop is a significant walk away.
Is there secure ski storage and dry room?
Yes. Gustav’s has private ski storage in the house.

We had a great stay overall at Gustav’s. We had 12 people. Overall the place was super nice and convenient, updated. We did have some troubles with the washing machine/ dryer not working as well as the dishwasher. Bathrooms had dirty towels in drawers and some trash as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay despite the few setbacks.
