Temporary amendment to payment schedules for Yutaka Townhouse
For the 20/21 Winter season, the payment schedule for Yutaka Townhouse is slightly different from Vacation Niseko's regular policy: to secure your stay, a 20% deposit is due. This deposit is refundable [minus a non-refundable 10,000JPY administration fee] until September 30th, 2020. 75 days prior to arrival, the total remaining accommodation amount is due. From October 1st the 20% deposit is non refundable and after the final payment is made, it is also non-refundable.
