The following policies apply to reservations for AYA Niseko
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The guest shall make a deposit payment to secure the booking within 5 days of receiving booking confirmation.
The amount of the deposit shall not be refundable.
Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being canceled.
CANCELLATION
a. A cancellation is any change(s) to an accommodation type or to check-in and/or check-out dates.
b. During the winter season, the following cancellation fees will be assessed:
1. 20% of the total booking value if cancelled more than 50 days prior to check-in.
2. 100% of the total booking value if cancelled less than 50 days prior to check-in.
OTHER ITEMS
- Rates include a complimentary breakfast. Serving style and details subject to change.
- Children under 7 stay free when using existing bedding
- Futon bedding for an extra person is ￥10,000 per night**. A baby cot is ￥3,000 per night.
- ** available only in 1.5 bed size units and up. Only one per unit allowed.
- Check-in time : 3 pm
- Check-out time: 10 am
- No Pets and Smoking or an additional fee of present room rate multiplied by three (with minimum of charge of 100,000 JPY) will be charged.
- Bedding arrangements need to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival or may be subject to an amendment fee of 3,000 JPY per bed.
- Please confirm with your Vacation Niseko agent if cleaning is offered for your stay. Extra cleaning if requested is subject to availability and a fee.
