Job Summary

You will be responsible for cleaning the common areas of the staff dormitory, which has a total of 115 rooms and a capacity of 230 people.

We are looking for a person who can work independently.

Working schedule can be flexible.

Standard Working Hours

4-6hours per day (No break) ; between 10:00-17:00

4 days a week for 4 hours a day, 3 days a week for 5 hours a day, etc.

Between 3 and 4 days per week.

Reports to

Kabayama Lodge Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning of common areas in staff dormitories, including hallways, shower rooms, toilets, kitchens, and entrances.
• Related tasks such as collecting trash from toilets, replenishing toilet paper, etc.
• During periods of low occupancy, we may ask you to clean areas that you cannot regularly do or clean common areas of other properties.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Contract period can be discussed.
• Foreign nationals must have a visa which allows you to work in the cleaning duties.
• Simple verbal communication and understanding of Japanese is preferred.
• Housekeeping or related cleaning experience is a plus.
