The following policies apply to M Hotel Niseko
PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION COST
Deposit
- Your booking is 51 or more days prior to arrival.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the complete booking must be paid within 5 days of the reservation being made before a reservation can be confirmed.
- Your booking is 50 days or less prior to arrival
- Full payment must be paid within 2 days of the reservation being made before a reservation can be confirmed.
Balance
- The balance payment must be paid 50 days prior to arrival or the booking will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- The Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- You agree to pay 20% of the booking cost if you cancel 51 or more days prior to arrival.
- You agree to pay 100% of the booking cost if you cancel 50 or fewer days prior to arrival.
OTHER ITEMS
- Check-in time : 3 pm to 9:30 pm, late chck-in is subject to availability and needs to be requested at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival
- Check-out time: 10 am
- Welcome Center pick up is an additional ￥3,000 per guest for M Hotel bookings.
- If you do not want to pay the above charge, please arrange pickup from the Welcome Center or train station via taxi personally.
- Passports must be supplied for each guest prior to check-in as per Japanese law.
- Valid credit card details including the security code are required as a damage/security deposit
- No Pets
- No Smoking – fines of ￥100,000 and or eviction possible and the cost of upgrading the next guest will be levied
- Bedding arrangements need to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival or may be subject to an amendment fee
- Ask about the extra person policy, limits and fees for extra persons.
- Parking lot is chargeable and limited, please check if you would like to come by car.
