From crab and seafood to chicken, beef or lamb, locally sourced and delivered to your door by our staff. The hot pot experience set comes with everything you need to throw together a bubbling pot of comfort: broth, fresh veggies, your choice of seafood or meat, dipping sauces, and portable gas table top cooker to get the freshest of dining experiences. Breakfast Waiting in the Fridge

No one wants to come home to an empty fridge after a long flight and travel from the airport. Waking up to a fridge already stocked with breakfast is one of those quiet joys that makes a stay feel a little more special.  Ordering a breakfast packs  filled with local eggs, milk, yogurt, bread, butter, seasonal fruits, jams. bacon or muesili is a fantastic way to start your first day in your new home. Just make sure to get enough for everyone. One pack is good for approximately 3 people. But some families kids are known to pack it away like heroes! I know mine was one of those families! It’s an easy way to ease into your first ski morning.

 

Bonus – The snack pack also hits the sweet spot for the late night munchies on arrival.

Adult Drinks

Mai wine cellar. And I quote  “When you need wine in Niseko, please call us. We deliver wines to you!”

With over a decade of sommelier experience at the finest dining rooms and events in Niseko. Mai wine cellar offers expertise and pairs your needs with their wines.

Local Tip – Hirafu 188 halfway up Hirafu Zaka to the lifts has a large selection of wines and spirits at their Satsudora store on the first floor. Don’t let the pharmacy deceive you. There is much more in store on the shelves than ibuprophen.

Equipment Rental – There are options

Do not bring your own gear. Lugging it through airports – expensive shipping – lost and damaged luggage… and after all that, you still need to get it to along with yourself from the airport to Niseko.  It is not worth the hassle. Quality and specialized powder gear is here and waiting for you. Vacation Niseko can sort it so you don’t have to.

Don’t feel like going to shop for fitting and experiencing the hustle and bustle of the moment. Have you been there and done that? Not house specific – but tips from our team always help!

For essentials, the “conbini” or convenience store  is your best friend. Seicomart and Lawson and Satsudora as mentioned earlier for the adult drinks, have snacks, drinks, toiletries, and Seicomart even boasts vegetables for your home cooking needs. So if you are not driving and not going into town for supplies, these convenience stores are a life saver!

Supply run!  Those with cars will definitely want to dash into Kutchan for groceries.  Max Value, Lucky, Co-op have your daily needs taken care of. Max Value and Lucky often get groceries, meats and seafood sets that cater to the winter inbound guests shopping needs. Co-op offers a more local experience and is worth a visit too! Just ask the front desk team or the reservations team for directions and advice.

Small Local Adventures (Without Going Far)

If you feel like stepping out but want to keep things relaxed:

  • Soak in a nearby onsen—our team can recommend some depending on your needs.
  • Take the kids sledding at Hanazono or Asahigaoka Park in Kutchan.
  • Swing by Milk Kobo, a local bakery and dairy shop just a short drive away, known for its yogurt drinks, cream puffs, and buttery cakes
