Where to watch the 2019 Japan Rugby World Cup in Niseko!

  • September 18, 2019

It’s been years in the making, and now the 2019 Rugby World Cup is about to begin this weekend in Japan! Being the first World Cup to be held in Japan (and all of Asia!), we here in Niseko are very excited to join in the festivities and follow the action of the tournament at multiple venues throughout the village.

We are sure fan favourites will be Japan (of course!), Australia and the UK among Niseko-ites for this year's World Cup.

The first event will be held at Niseko Pizza this Saturday (20th September) at 7:45pm for the Japan v Russia game. The highly anticipated Australia v Fiji game in nearby Sapporo will be shown at the brand new Midtown Diner the next day at 1:45pm. With a high population of Australians in Niseko, we expect this to be a lively addition to the series of watching parties held in Niseko through September, October and November.
