Position: Owner relation officer(Full-time)
Location: Kutchan Town, Abuta District, Hokkaido
Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥270,000

Job Overview

We are looking for an Owner Relations team member who enjoys building trusted, long-term relationships with property owners.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 Vacation Niseko property owners, handling all matters related to owner inquiries and requests. Your main goal will be to ensure high owner satisfaction through clear, thoughtful communication and effective coordination.

You will work closely with senior management, relevant departments, and external partners to carry out your responsibilities. The Owner Relations Officer is a central role for Vacation Niseko, This position offers the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of company operations and to learn our overall business.

This role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and a consistently positive and professional approach when working with property owners.

Working Hours

9:00AM ~ 6:00PM (8 hours, 60minute break)

Working hours may vary according to operation needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a main point of contact for property owners, responding to inquiries by email and phone as needed
  • Keep track and manage contracts between property owners and the company
  • Create and manage regular owner communications, such as end-of-season reports and newsletters
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, upgrade projects costs and communicate with owners
  • Ensure owner stays and related bookings are handled accurately and without issues
  • Support the operation of owners’ associations, including preparation for Annual General Meetings and related communications
  • Take an asset-management approach, reporting on property performance and results to owners
  • Monitor and analyse rental income, preparing reports and data when needed
  • Actively suggest ways to improve revenue and efficiency, such as energy-saving initiatives, that benefit both owners and the business

Requirements

  • Valid visa that allows full-time employment in Japan (Visa sponsorship can be considered for qualified candidates)
  • Business-level proficiency or higher in both Japanese and English
  • Able to learn quickly and handle a large amount of information in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Able to use Excel, Word, and other standard office tools
  • Holds a valid driver’s license
  • Passionate about Niseko and the resort lifestyle
