Position: Position: Rental Program Supervisor (Full-time)
Location: Kutchan Town, Abuta District, Hokkaido
Salary: ¥330,000 – ¥360,000

Job Overview

This position handles owner relations for the luxury residence hotel that our company manages.

You will handle a wide range of tasks for rental owners, including reporting income and expenses, managing owner reservations, filing insurance claims, reporting repairs, and answering other owner questions.

Working Hours

9:00AM ~ 6:00PM (8 hours, 60minute break)

Working hours may vary slightly during certain events. Overtime is generally not required except during peak periods.

Job Description

  • Residence rental management
  • Residence financial management
  • Report income and expenditures to residence owners (monthly and annually)
  • Handle property damage (insurance claims, owner reports, etc.)
  • Manage owner reservations
  • Review contracts and support agents when reissuing contracts
  • Follow-up on team members’ work
  • Prepare for new projects
  • Respond to property and stay-related inquiries from owners (email, phone, etc.)
  • Build relationships with each department on the hotel team to ensure the smooth running of the rental program

Job Requirements

  • Business-level Japanese and English required
  • Bookkeeping Level 3 or accounting experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and quickly put information into action
  • Excellent proficiency in Word, Excel, and other office software
  • Task management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ski resort and hotel experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Team player
