The exclusive events to feel the collaboration by the award winning Hokkaido Local pottery artists (Chairperson Hokkaido Ceramic Art Society) Hiroshi Nakamura’s famous artwork series “Setsugen (Snow Field)” and Niseko’s reknown local Hokkaido chef Shinichi Maeda’s “Shin-Washoku (New Japanese Cuisine)” On this date, Chef Shinichi Maeda’s cuisine express the transformation of the season from Autumn to Winter on the Mr. Nakamura’s pottery work which showcases the World famous Hokkaido’s world of Snow.

This is the great opportunity to feel and experience the flow of autumn to winter with beautiful selected ceramic artworks and pristine seasonal local produces from Niseko Mt. Yotei and Japanese Sea. We would be looking forward to welcoming you.
