Otaru Snow Story (小樽ゆき物語）is the first part of Otaru illumination events, which takes place from November 12th, 2016 - January 31st, 2017. Featuring a total of 10,000 LED lights, the Otaru Canal will be lit up with dazzling blue lighting daily, from sunset to 22:30.
