Nagomi
One of the best Izakaya for a true taste of local Hokkaido food. A very stylish but unassuming establishment designed and built completely by hand by local carpenter/chef Kobayashi-san. This lively restaurant is amongst the most popular in the resort. It has a vast and varied menu that covers most corners of Japanese food from sushi to yakitori and shabu shabu. Also has a great menu selection for children making it one of the best places for families and large groups. They get booked up almost instantly for Christmas and New Year period so keep a close eye on their reservation opening date.

Bang Bang
One of the longest serving restaurants in Hirafu, well predating the resorts current fame. With over 30 years of experience on the grill, owner Masa-san is a true shokunin of the coals and the yakitori that comes out of his kitchen is some of the best you will ever eat. This restaurant is booked up for months in advance so please ask us for their special order forms at your earliest chance.
