FRONT DESK OFFICER POSITION DETAILS
Contract Winter seasonal Staff for 2025-2026
Working Hours 32-40 hours per week (4-5 days per week). Work between 6:00-25:00 on a 4~8 hour variety shift per day
Contract Period 20th November, 2025- 28th February / 31st March, 2026 (possible extension, the work term is negotiable)
Wage ¥1,550~
Job Role

As a front desk officer, you are considered to be the frontliner and the face of the Vacation Niseko brand. Your responsibility starts the moment the guests check in, assist with their in-house guest requests and enquiry, and until the day they check out. You must possess strong communication skills both verbally and written. You must be a good team player and must be willing to work with a team.

Key responsibilities
  1. Assist with driving / transporting guests within the village where required. This includes but not limited to, pick up/drop off service to and from the Hirafu Welcome Centre.
  2. Perform check ins and check outs
  3. Manage guests and property owner enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner
  4. Responsible in responding to both phone and email enquiry from guests and property owner
  5. Carry out daily tasks assigned by the management team and report any discrepancies or problems to Front Desk Supervisor and/or Front Desk Manager
  6. Ensuring that the front desk, lobby and other common areas are immaculately clean and presentable for both guests and owners.
  7. Full knowledge about Niseko and its neighboring towns. Capability to recommend winter resort activities, restaurants, events and other services when needed.
  8. Work closely with relevant departments to ensure all guest requests and enquiries will be carried out properly in a timely manner to avoid any service complaints.
