If you cancel your summer stay 24 hours or more in advance, we will not charge a cancellation fee! This added flexibility in our cancellation policy is due to the current COVID-19 situation.
For Summer short stay bookings, we require full payment 8 pays prior to arrival to secure the booking, but will refund 100% if the stay is cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. We will charge a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours or in cases of a no-show.
Further to this, we are offering late checkouts of 12pm this Summer. All guests can enjoy their accommodation up until 12pm on their checkout day from our standard 10am checkout time.
