Need to Know
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is from 3p.m. and check-out is before 10a.m. Other arrangements are subject to a charge and at the discretion of Vacation Niseko upon check-in.
Which apartments offer Mount Yotei views?
Yotei views are protected from Muse 601, 501, 401, and 301. There are partial Yotei views from 302.
Can I have an extra guest or a child stay in the apartment?
One additional person maximum, regardless of age, can be accommodated with an aero-bed. Up to ￥6,000 JPY per night charge will apply based on the season. If there is a child under six at the time of stay, there is no charge if no bedding is required. There are limited baby cribs available for a nominal fee, subject to availability. Please note that Studios at Muse Niseko cannot accommodate an extra person.
Is there somewhere to store skis and winter gear?
Yes. There are secure ski lockers inside the building, along with a stylish changing / dry room and a water closet.
Does Muse Niseko offer a ski shuttle service?
Yes. The ski shuttle operates in the morning only and is free for guests of Muse Niseko. Please inquire about hours and operation upon check-in.
Is parking available?
Offsite parking is available for guests of Vacation Niseko. A short walk through the village is needed. There is no onsite parking.

Do all the apartments have fireplaces?
Yes and No. Fireplaces are natural gas and operated with a remote control. They are not available in Muse Studios.
Does the Penthouse 601 have air-conditioning?
Please note that the Penthouse 601 does not have air conditioning in the summer.

You can buy The North Face downstairs, so you can buy it and go skiing directly. Thank you for helping us order everything. The room was really great. It’s right in the middle of two stores, very convenient! Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing and it was never any trouble to help us or pick us up to take us somewhere. Can’t wait to come back ☺️☺️☺️

This should be the most convenient place to stay in Niseko Hirafu. But check-in is at another hotel, so be sure to read the notice carefully.
