The following policies apply to Chatrium Niseko
PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION COST
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the complete booking must be paid within 2 days of the reservation being made before a reservation can be confirmed.
- Full payment must be paid 75 days prior to the check-in date of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being canceled.
**Stay dates 20th December 2025 through 10th January 2026**
- A 100% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 2 days of the reservation being made before a reservation can be confirmed.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- The Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- If the booking is canceled more than 75 days before the check-in date the fee incurred is the 20% non-refundable deposit.
- If the booking is cancelled 75 days or less before check in date, then a 100% cancellation fee applies.
- Any cancellation must be made in writing and reconfirmed in writing by us before being considered a cancellation.
OTHER ITEMS
- Check-in time : 3 pm
- Check-out time: 10 am
- May apply for early check-in – 100% of the daily room rate
- Passports must be supplied for each guest prior to check-in as per Japanese law
- Valid credit card details including the security code are required as a damage/security deposit
- No Pets
- No Smoking – fines and or eviction possible and the cost of upgrading the next guest will be levied
- Please confirm with your Vacation Niseko agent if cleaning is offered for your stay.
- Bedding arrangements need to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival or may be subject to an amendment fee
- Ask about the extra person policy, limits and fees for extra persons.
