PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION COST
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the complete booking must be paid within 2 days of the reservation being made before a reservation can be confirmed.
- Full payment must be paid 75 days prior to the check-in date of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being canceled.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- The Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- If the booking is canceled more than 75 days before the check-in date the fee incurred is the 20% non-refundable deposit.
- If the booking is cancelled 75 days or less before check in date, then a 100% cancellation fee applies.
- Any cancellation must be made in writing and reconfirmed in writing by us before being considered a cancellation.
OTHER ITEMS
- Check-in time : 4 pm
- Check-out time: 10 am
- Exceeding maximum occupancy is grounds for eviction with no refund or a ￥20,000 per person/ per night charge.
- Late check-out fee – JPY20,000 per hour
- Digital online check-in document (with passport images, credit card details) must be completed prior to receiving the check-in information or room codes.
- Passports must be supplied for each guest prior to check-in as per Japanese law.
- Valid credit card details including the security code are required as a damage/security deposit.
- No Pets
- No Smoking – JPY 500,000 fine will be levied, eviction possible and upgrade cost of the next guest will be levied.
- Please confirm with your Vacation Niseko agent if cleaning is offered for your stay. Non-luxury properties, like Gondola Chalets, do not offer cleaning during your stay.
- Bedding arrangements need to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival or may be subject to an amendment fee of 10,000 JPY.
