- Arishima Park in Niseko: Located just off Route 5 about 10 mins from the resort proper, this is a nice place to park yourself for an afternoon. TIP! There is a also the Takeo Arishima Memorial Museum onsite.
- Makkari Shrine: A short ways from the Mt Yotei Makkari trail head and 15 minutes from the resort proper is a sight when in full bloom! This fount of 50-60 cherry trees dazzles!
- Fukidashi Park in Kyogoku: Known for its abundant and delicious spring water, cherry trees also populate this tranquil park. A great place of reflection and perfect for a picnic!
- Shirebetsu Lan Lan Park – Rankoshi: A breathtaking cherry blossom-lined path stretching 1.2 kilometers along the river. With over 500 trees, it creates an enchanting scene in spring and is only a short drive from Niseko!
