Summer camps for kids in Niseko are the perfect way to keep little ones engaged and social during your trip. With a range of activities and themes that encourage cultural learning, an active lifestyle and problem solving, in Niseko your child can not only be entertained but enriched and inspired as they continue to grow.
All camps are held in English and programs are adjusted and customised with new activities every season, meaning your child can return each summer to improve their English and continue their knowledge of the natural world. Family participation is also encouraged, so parents and family members can join in and enjoy some quality time together with the help of experienced instructors and fun activities.
Programs are designed to strike a balance between creative, hands-on activities and quality learning and cultural exchange, so kids can receive holistic outdoor education that's always fun and always valuable to their development.
The program is so popular especially during the peak summer vacation period and there is often a waiting list for cancellations!
Programs
Organization: EdVenture Niseko
Camps are held weekly (5 days: Monday morning - Friday morning, Shizen camps are only 3 days) from mid-June to mid-August in Summer. See below for more details!

Shizen Program (3 days, Mon-Wed)
3-day day trip=¥46,000 per child
- Ages 4-14
- Shortened program with activities based onsite in Niseko. Get a taste of what's possible with a Niseko kid's camp!
- Designed for children who are ready to start exploring nature independently.
- Taking part in both morning and afternoon sessions without parents.
- Sample activities：organic farm experience, wood-fired pizza making, outdoor games, custom skateboard making, tree planting, orienteering adventure, etc.
Family Program (5 days, Mon-Fri)
5 days including overnight camping=¥113,000 per child
- 3-day + overnight camping trip
- Ages 3-14
- Designed for families looking to spend quality time together.
- Parents will participate in morning activities, and children will take part in afternoon sessions independently.
- Daily lunch not provided
- A rental car is required to participate in activities.
- The week concludes with a family camping trip (meals included).
- Sample activities：Woodworking, drumming, farm visits, fruit and vegetable picking, oven-baked pizza making, fly fishing, outdoor games, Thursday-Friday overnight camping
Moiwa Program (5 days, Mon-Fri)
5 days including overnight camping=¥123,000 per child
- 3-day + overnight camping trip
- Ages 7-14
- Designed for children who are ready to tackle morning and afternoon sessions independently, allowing parents the opportunity to explore Niseko
- Transportation and lunch are included.
- The week concludes with a family camping trip
- Sample activities：Woodworking, drumming, farm visits, fruit and vegetable picking, oven-baked pizza making, fly fishing, outdoor games, and an overnight camping trip.
Mini Moiwa Program (5 days, Mon-Fri)
5 days including overnight camping=¥123,000 per child
- 3-day + overnight camping trip
- Ages 4-6
- Designed for children who are ready to tackle morning and afternoon sessions independently, allowing parents the opportunity to explore Niseko.
- Transportation and lunch are included.
- Activities are geared toward children 7–14 years old.
- The week concludes with a family camping trip.
- Sample activities：Woodworking, drumming, farm visits, fruit and vegetable picking, oven-baked pizza making, fly fishing, outdoor games, and an overnight camping trip.
Yotei Program (5 days, Mon-Fri)
5 days including overnight camping=¥135,000 per child
- 3-day + overnight camping trip
- Ages 10-14
- Designed for children ready to take on a week of activities independently.
- This program is ideal for parents seeking the opportunity to explore Niseko.
- Meals are included throughout the entire duration
- The week concludes with an independent camping trip.
