Yotei Dream is a set of boutique Hirafu apartments in a peaceful yet central location within Hirafu Village. Designed for families and couples, these well-appointed apartments combine contemporary style with practical amenities, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Niseko.
Each 2 bedroom apartment features bright living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and large windows showcasing views of Mt. Yotei or the surrounding village. Comfortable bedrooms, heated flooring, and quality furnishings create a warm retreat after a day on the slopes. Studios offer a full sized bathtub, great after a day of skiing and a small kitchenette and nespresso machine. Laundry is standard in all units.
Guests can easily reach the ski lifts via the nearby free shuttle bus or take a short stroll to Hirafu’s many restaurants, bars, and shops. Yotei Dream One is right in the middle of all the action and provides the ideal balance of value and comfort.
If you are traveling with your family or a larger group it is possible to book both room types on the same floor (based on availability) creating a space you can all enjoy. There is also a ski locker on the ground floor to provide convenient access to your gear before you head out to ski or snowboard.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. Other arrangements are subject to a charge and at the discretion of Vacation Niseko upon check-in.

Yes. There is secure ski storage and a dry room in the building.
Can I have extra guests or children stay in Yotei Dream One?
Yotei Dream One cannot accommodate any extra persons. This includes any children or babies regardless of age.

Is parking available?
Offsite parking is available for guests of Vacation Niseko. A short walk through the village is needed. There is no onsite parking.

Our stay at yotei dream one was great. Location is close to ski lifts and only 1 min walk to the supermarket ! Food trucks are right outside for when you’re feeling peckish. Service was awesome, ski passes, gear hire, and airport transfer were all organised without a hitch. The rooms are very modern with great heating, comfy beds and Apple TV ! all amenities are included with hot plate if you want to cook, coffee and lockers for your gear. Very reasonably priced for quality and service ! Highly recommend.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. The washroom had heated flooring which was a big welcome in winter. The 2 bedroom apartment is very well furnished. There is a spacious kitchen, dining table plus a good sized living area, with floor to ceiling windows to watch the snow fall. Location is fantastic. Just seconds away from the main road, there’s restaurants and bars and a convenience store really close by. Highly recommend
