Need to Know
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. Other arrangements are subject to a charge and at the discretion of Vacation Niseko upon check-in.
Is parking available?
On-site parking is available and is free. There is 1 space in winter and 2 in summer.
Does Koho really come with a free rental van in winter?
Yes. A complimentary 4WD Toyota HiAce is included on rentals between December 15th and March 15th. Please see this link for rental terms & conditions in Japan.
Can I have extra guests stay in the house?
Two additional persons maximum, regardless of age, can be accommodated on futons. Up to ￥6,000 JPY per night charge will apply based on the season. If there is a child under six at the time of stay, there is no charge if no bedding is required. There are limited baby cribs available for a nominal fee, subject to availability.
Is there a ski shuttle service?
No. However, you do have a free van and the free Hirafu ski shuttle is a short distance away and operates throughout the day.
Is there secure ski storage and dry room?
Koho has a large entrance hall and guests normally store gear there on the racks provided.

Beautiful place. Loved the common area and kitchen! Great home for a family or group of friends. A bathroom for each bedroom is also very nice

Fantastic house, plenty room, excellent condition. Very quiet (a good thing). It is low in the village but the 4WD van means you can get anywhere.
