Truly an unbeatable stay, and I can’t wait to come back. We came in on the off-season, and Niseko is a summer gem. Despite the small crowds, Muwa’s staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. Alvin at the front was always warm, welcoming, and had great suggestions and tips.
The rooms are fantastic, the in-room onsen looking up at the ski hill was a perfect way to end the day. Everything is well-appointed, maintained, and as close to perfect as I can imagine.
I can’t wait to come back, next time will be with snow on the ground.

Absolutely fantastic hotel – one of my absolute favourites now. Visited in the summer so it was quieter which was perfect. The rooms are incredibly spacious, modern and well designed. Everthing is modern, clean and well kept, so much attention to detail through the property. Views from the rooms are fantastic, and the outdoor onsen on the balcony was a huge plus. Public onsen is nice if a little bit small. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit underwhelming in terms of variety of selection for how high our expectations were based on the property; and oddly switched from buffet one morning to table Service the next so the experience was different. Service was fantastic – all the staff are so friendly, attentive and so open to assist.
One of my top Hotels, will definitely be back!
