"I got a good deal on an apartment for my fiancee and myself and the room was gigantic. There's so much space and it's like staying in your rich friend's place instead of a hotel. Except when you get downstairs and the services really set this place apart. The ski valet is so handy to have when you've finished on the slopes. The walk to the first lift is really quite short, just up a little hill. Close walking distance to the middle of town so eating out is easy. I'll come back"

"Room is big. The best ski in ski out hotel I've tried. Staffs in the ski valet are exceptionally nice. The private onsen was a good experience. The king crab ramen was too perfect for lunch."

"Stayed at AYA in February not long after it opened. Totally love the ski in/out location. The 2 bedrooms apartment is fully furnished (and brand new!) and spacious. We love the in room washing machine and the spacious sitting room. The indoor/outdoor onsen was usually quiet (maybe it was newly opened when I stayed) and very enjoyable and clean. Breakfast was included back then and we totally love the big breakfast before heading off to a full day on the slope. Service was AMAZING and tentative. They pick us up a the welcome centre and also drop us off. Ski concierge was was a bonus we just leave everything with the hotel staff after a tired day on slope and they would take care and store for us properly."
