Need to Know
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is from 3p.m. and check-out is before 10a.m. Other arrangements are subject to a charge and at the discretion of Vacation Niseko upon check-in.
Do all units have views of Mount Yotei?
Some units have partial views of Mt. Yotei.
What are the concierge service hours?
The concierge is on-site between 8 a.m. & 8 p.m. from December 1st through March 31st.
Can I have an extra guest or a child stay in the apartment?
One additional person maximum, regardless of age, can be accommodated with a futon. Up to ￥6,000 JPY per night charge will apply based on the season. If there is a child under six at the time of stay, there is no charge if no bedding is required. There are limited baby cribs available for a nominal fee, subject to availability. Please note the Studio apartments cannot accommodate an extra person.
Is there a place to store skis and gear?
There are secure ski lockers beside the building and a stylish changing / dry room with boot warmers and ski wear storage for each guest.
Are there any restaurants located within the building?
A premium sushi dining experience – Sushi Kato – is located on the first floor. Reservations in advance are needed for this Japanese dining experience.

Is parking available?
Offsite parking is available for guests of Vacation Niseko. A short walk through the village is needed. There is no onsite parking.

Amazing place to stay in central Hirafu. Modern and updated, and the staff are all super friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure they take care of you. Can’t wait till we can come back and visit again.

Although we stayed in one of the smaller rooms, it felt quite spacious even though we had to stay for 2 weeks due to health issues. The full kitchen is especially useful and the bed was very comfortable. What was the highlight, however, were the staff who took great care of us and helped us a lot when my partner was ill and helped us with going to the doctor’s and many other things. They were truly exceptional, thank you!
