Me and my family came here for a summer holiday for 3 nights and we had a blast. When we first arrived in the hotel people greeted us with tea, and also helped us with our luggage, they were really friendly and was very patient with my family. The room was very big and spacious. The food was really good and yummy and the price was very reasonable. There was a lot of eventful activities you can do, there is paddle ball, donut boat tree trekking etc. So much u can do and it was a lot of fun.

Hard to imagine a better hotel in the world. It’s in a beautiful place. The staff are amazing, every single one was perfect. The gym is well stocked. The pool is incredible, so big! Our room was a deluxe king with a private onsen and I doubt I’ll ever stay in a better room for the rest of my life. The mountain lights were cute and fun, the fireworks were really nice and the smores by the fire pit was lovely. A perfect hotel, thank you so much for the experience.

My family spent 3 nights on the residence side of the property. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by professional and knowledgeable staff. The property itself is luxurious and very well maintained. Furnishings and decor is spotless in the rooms and throughout the property. Many thoughtful touches are evident such as the fine china provided and the beautiful lighting throughout in the rooms.
We enjoyed the variety of dining options. Much of the produce is locally sourced and well prepared. Special shoutout F&B manager Robin Yang who helped arrange a delicious and special nut free birthday cake with minimal notice. A very special place, we cannot wait to visit again soon!
