What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. Other arrangements are subject to a charge and at the discretion of Vacation Niseko upon check-in.
Does Kizuna offer apartments with views of Mt Yotei?
The penthouse has panoramic views of Mt. Yotei and Hirafu.
Does Kizuna Niseko offer a ski shuttle service?
Yes. The ski shuttle operates in the morning only and is free for guests of Muse Niseko. Please inquire about hours and operation upon check-in.
Can I have an extra guest or a child stay in the apartment?
Kizuna Niseko cannot accommodate any extra persons. This includes any children or babies regardless of age.

Is parking available?
Onsite parking is extremely limited and cannot be reserved. Free offsite parking is available for guests of Vacation Niseko. A short walk through the village is needed. Details provided upon check-in.

A great modern place that’s well located to the slopes and all the action.
We had the top floor 3 bedroom + 3 ensuite Penthouse which had plenty of room and facilities.
The Niseko Management Service ‘what’s app’ service was awesome, they had quick answers to every question.
The pub next door can get a little noisy late at night, however not much of an issue on level 6.

Kizuna Lodge is beautifully appointed. It worked perfectly for our large mixed group. All the facilities for: our snow gear, rejuvenating after great days on the slopes, an excellent kitchen for cooking breakfasts & dinners, very comfortable beds for resting and close to all the important ski fields, towns and amenities so we didn’t miss a thing! We will be returning next season.
