In the evenings, if you're looking for fine dining you won't even need to leave the building, with Michelin-starred restaurant 'Kamimura' right downstairs (be sure to book in advance so as not to miss out on a table). Or for something a little more casual, you can try Temporada tapas or the share plates at Kitchen, or take a short walk to the lower Hirafu dining district where Niseko's excellent culinary scene is on full display.
