Re^branded under the name ''Vacation Niseko'' in summer 2015, we are one of the premier accommodation providers in Niseko. Our company is experienced in managing all types of properties from single houses to large 40+ unit apartment buildings.
We are in the hospitality business because we love the contact with our guests.
We believe that hard work and perfectionism can be rewarding.

Guest service Officer
The Guest Service Officer will be responsible to execute the sales strategy of selling guest services to our existing guests. Guests will contact the Guest Service Officer via e-mail, through the website or via a phone call and the Guest Service Officer has to communicate effectively with the guest to to ensure an excellent guest experience.

OWNER LIAISON MANAGER
The Owner Liaison Manager is the first point of contact for close to 100 owners and will operate as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to VN property owners. The role consists of building and maintaining, long-lasting VN property owner and VN customer relationships. The primary outcome is owner satisfaction. The position requires extensive contact with senior management, all VN departments and tradespeople. With this job you will be at the crossroads of all Vacation Niseko teams and as such you will have the opportunity to acquire a broad understanding of the business. Diplomacy, tact and a helpful, positive, professional presentation are required.
