We are working hard to reduce the burden that COVID-19 has placed on guests, and want to help everyone get the most out of their Niseko holidays.

We have been issuing credits to those who could not claim their canceled stays on travel insurance (which we always recommend purchasing) and we have also implemented a relaxed cancellation policy for those booking holidays for next season so canceling is easy and painless if COVID-19 does not get better in the coming months.

1. FREE Cancellation

For stays booked between March 19th and June 30th, 2020 - you can book completely risk free. Usually, once we take the 20% accommodation deposit upon confirmation, it is non-refundable, but we understand that 2020 is a particularly risky time to lock in a holiday without any flexibility. So if you feel the need to cancel for any reason before July 1st, we will refund your deposit no problem.

3. We only require a 20% deposit

While most other agents may require more upfront, we only need 20% of the accommodation cost to secure a booking. We understand things can change as your holiday planning moves along and often it's difficult to put down a large sum of money in the beginning - so with our low upfront cost and relaxed cancellation policy for this season, there's even less risk when booking your trip.
