According to the map above, it looks like sakura trees in and around the Niseko region (you can see them in places like Makkari shrine, Lake Toya and around Niseko/Kutchan towns) will bloom between the 20th - 25th April, 2020.

Generally speaking, a trip to Hokkaido around the end of April/early May will be the perfect time to see cherry blossoms in bloom all over the south side of the island!
