Located on the first floor of Alpen Hotel, this sushi restaurant is very convenient to book, or to walk in for sushi at lunchtime. The salmon roe bowl or sea urchin bowl is especially recommended.

One of the most well-known places in Niseko. Popular with locals and visitors, this small long-standing establishment famous for its “Yatai (屋台)” or food stall atmosphere. Booking is only taken 30 days in advance and making a reservation is highly recommended.

This little Japanese restaurant offers an amazing snapshot of Japanese cuisine, with ingredients locally sourced from the Hokkaido reason.  In addition to ramen, tempura, sushi, salads, deep fried and grilled foods, Ren also offers a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu - you only need to ask. Located near the NAC center, it is a great stop in any foodie tour of Grand Hirafu!
