From February 24th to March 2nd, indulge in a delightful week-long culinary experience featuring an exclusively crafted a la carte menu. Indulge in unique Hokkaido interpretations of Singaporean classics, including Hainanese Chicken Rice, Bak Kut Teh Pork Noodle Soup, Chili Crab, Grilled Chicken with Coconut Curry Sauce, and Butter Pineapple Cake. Savour the flavour of the Lion City in the environs of Hokkaido.

Six Hands 9-Course Set Dinner: Mar 7th & 8th 2024

Three master chefs unite to curate an extraordinary omakase menu. A unique fusion of Malaysian cuisine with the winter flavors of Hokkaido boasts highlights such as an amuse-bouche spotlighting decadent Hokkaido oysters, the intense notes of sea urchin, and winter hot spring tomatoes nurtured with geothermal heat. Additionally, savor a sublime rendition of traditional Chawanmushi featuring hairy crab and crab roe. The main courses, featuring locally sourced Venison, Monkfish, and Wagyu Beef before concluding the culinary journey with a contemporary twist on Malaysian Claypot Chicken Rice. Malaysia Week: Mar 3rd - 10th 2024

The second installment of our hokkAsia series celebrates the culinary inspirations of Malaysia with Chef Lee and Chef Soh, esteemed chefs and owners of the renowned 'Eat and Cook' restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, currently ranked #79 in Asia’s Best Restaurants.

From the 3rd to the 10th of March, patrons can relish in a unique a la carte menu that draws from the vibrant spices of Malaysian street food intertwined with the distinct flavors of Hokkaido. A culinary delight not to be missed is meli melo's innovative take on Laksa, Malaysia's iconic spicy seafood noodle soup, and the Hokkaido French Toast featuring delectable coconut Kaya Jam. Other menu highlights encompass Malaysian Seafood Curry, Bak Kut The Black Soup, and Spicy Tom Yam Fish.
