1. Hiking

Hiking is our #1 pick to staying fit and healthy while in Niseko, because of course! There are so many mountains and trails to explore in the Niseko area like Mt Niseko Annupuri, Iwaonupuri and the mega Mt Yotei. Smaller trails also exist like Shinsenuma and the Asahgaoka nature trails in Kutchan.

2. Yoga

The rooftops of the many Niseko hotels make perfect yoga spots with great views!

Niseko's natural splendour is even better when you are enjoying it during a yoga sesson. Grab your mat and head to the rooftop of your accommodation like in Aspect, set up in one of the many parks, or attend a class on the Jungle Deck. There's no better namaste than in Niseko!

3. Bike Riding

Niseko is a fantastic place to be if you're into any kind of bike riding, whether it's on the road or the mountain! Wide, flat roads and fantastic mountain climbs are great for road cyclists, and the mountain bike trails at the Grand Hirafu Resort are perfect for intermediate-advanced riders.

Whether it's in the ocean, on a lake or a raging river, kayaking is a fun way to stay fit!

Niseko is close to whitewater, lakes and ocean, meaning you can kayak in any style! Grab a sea kayak and head to the beautiful blue water of Shakotan, or rush down the Shiribetsu river in a white water kayak for a hit of adrenaline. If you're a beginner, try flat water kayaking on Lake Toya for a relaxing experience.
